Completed in December 2016, the development in Sutherland is home to 46 families and individuals. This 9 storey building contains a mix of one and two bedroom units.

In addition to being offered at affordable rents, we have built Belmont Street to a 4-star Green Star and 6.5 NatHERS rating. The building uses natural ventilation, roof top solar panels and LED lighting, which saves customers over $300 a year on their energy bills and reduces SGCH’s operating costs for common areas.
