You can buy discounted digital devices on a repayment plan through our DigiConnect program.

SGCH buys the agreed product on your behalf (details below), you get to take it home on the day you sign the repayment plan, and then you pay SGCH back through installments across one year – just the cost of the item, no interest.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you:

  • Have been an SGCH customer for at least three months
  • Are not in rent arrears or debt with SGCH
  • Are able to make the minimum repayments over one year
  • Are prepared to sign a repayment agreement with SGCH.

Applications for DigiConnect are open all year around except the closure period from the 2nd week of December and the whole month of January

You can apply using our online form and tick which device you want to buy. You can also apply by filling out a paper application form (view or download the paper application form, or you can request a copy at any of our offices.)

We will assess your application and notify you the outcome of application within 2 weeks. SGCH keeps a small stock of each item, therefore this timeline is subject to stock availability.

We will contact you to arrange pick up and sign your repayment plan on the same day.

The total of each DigiConnect application must be under $1,000. You can apply for DigiConnect again once you have paid any previous devices off, but there is a limit of 5 approved applications per household per calendar year.
