If you are a customer of our Metro or Western Regions, please report repairs by using the form below, or calling us on 9585 1499, then:
- During work hours, press 3 for our Repairs team.
- Outside work hours, press 1 for our after hours service.

Please note, this is for new requests which are not emergencies only. For urgent repairs or to follow up on issues you have already reported, please call us as above.

Once you have submitted your request, you will be contacted by a SGCH representative who will advise you of the timeframe allocated to complete the work. For more information, refer to our Responsive Maintenance Policy.
