Repairs and Maintenance Update from the CEO

The safety and comfort of your home matters. If you have reported any maintenance that is yet to be actioned, I wanted to thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience. We know that timeframes for some works have been stretched.

This is the wettest year on record in Sydney and combined with the impacts of COVID, it has been challenging to get access to workers and materials. We expect there will continue to be some delays and we are working with the Multi Trade Contractors who deliver our services to action your requests as quickly as possible.

If you wish to report any maintenance or check on the status of any existing maintenance request for your home, please call us on 1800 573 370.
