SGCH Services

We are getting a lot more phone calls than usual. To assist you with your enquiry, please:

  1. If possible, check if your questions are already answered on our SGCH’s COVID-19 Response page.
  2. Email the relevant team, email addresses noted below.

Community, Place and Partnerships

  • Supports new and existing Tenant Groups.

  • Runs activities and events for SGCH customers and local communities.

  • Builds partnerships with other organisations.

Feedback Coordinator

  • Receives all feedback.

  • Processes formal complaints and appeals.

  • Calculates how much rent our Social Housing customers pay.

  • Develops rent repayment plans for customers having difficulty paying rent.

  • Refers customers to other support services when they seek support or financial assistance.

Rent Review

  • Reassesses customers’ rent if there has been a change in the household.

  • Makes changes to Centrepay deductions.

  • Helps customers set up Centrepay deductions.

Support Coordination

  • Makes suggestions and referrals to support services customers may be eligible for.

Tenancy Managers

  • Assist with all general enquiries for the Social Housing customers in their portfolios.


  • Takes all calls about repairs and maintenance issues.


  • Are the main point of contact for any Real Estates or owners who lease to SGCH or want to find out more.
