Our Strategic Plan

At SGCH, we strive to deliver excellence through innovative approaches to the products and services we provide.  We deliver on our vision by providing two main housing products:

  • Social Housing – Secure, long-term housing for people on very low to moderate incomes
  • Affordable Housing – Subsidised rental accommodation for people working in key services on low to moderate incomes

Our Strategic Blueprint is the overarching strategic plan set by the Board, providing the direction and parameters for management to execute and deliver on our purpose and vision, guided by our values of Ethics, Trust, Honesty, Inclusion and Creativity.

Providing Great Places

Providing people with access to homes, at a price they can afford, in a location where they can be part of their community is the foundation of a thriving economy and the backbone of a strong society. It’s also critical to providing great places for everyone and successful urban renewal.

Our Stakeholders

SGCH works to build strong relationships and be a partner of choice for a range of stakeholders including customers, communities, local, state and federal governments, support providers and allied service systems, developers, financiers, investors and consultants.   

More than just housing

In addition to housing, SGCH customers can access and assistance for training, education, employment and community engagement. We offer support coordination and referral services for a range of needs including health, mental health and financial services.
