SGCH provides two different types of housing, Social Housing and Affordable Housing. Eligibility for each depends on your circumstances.
Social Housing is an umbrella term referring to rental housing that is designed to cater for the needs of people on very low to moderate incomes that may be experiencing ‘rental stress’ in the private market.
