Interest Free Purchasing
You can buy discounted digital devices on a repayment plan through our DigiConnect program.
SGCH purchases a range of digital devices at discounted prices and makes them available through the DigiConnect program. Participants can select from the devices currently in stock and repay the cost through interest-free instalments over 6 to 12 months.
Who can apply?
You can apply if you:
- Have been an SGCH customer for at least six months
- Are not in rent arrears, water or other debt with SGCH
- Can make the minimum repayments over 6 – 12 months
- Are prepared to sign a repayment agreement with SGCH.

Applications are open until the 8th December 2026.
You can apply online or by completing a paper application form.
We will assess your application and notify you the outcome within two weeks, subject to device availability.
If approved, we will contact you to arrange device collection and sign your repayment arrangement.
You can apply for devices worth up to $1,000 per application.
Once you have paid off your current DigiConnect device, you can apply again.
There is a limit of 5 approved applications per household per year.
