About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join our Connect Four Project- Housing Replacement System team. This position will be a 12 month fixed-term contract based at our Hurstville office (relocation to our Liverpool office in late 2024) and you may be required to work at other SGCH office locations from time to time. This role reports to the Product Owner.
In this role you will develop and manage the change and communication activities for the project including bringing the business on the change journey and embedding the change. You will be responsible for the development of communication and change material to support the project. You will support the Executive Project Director, Senior Project Manager and Product Owner throughout the project to drive project outcomes.
About you:
To succeed in the role, you will have demonstrated experience working in projects as a Change Manager. You will have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and develop and maintain productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You can manage and lead on change management, including supporting a small team of two.
Additionally, you will hold the appropriate qualifications and/or demonstrated, equivalent relevant professional experience in change management.
