We have an exciting short-term opportunity to join our South-West Sydney Customers team, as a Community Engagement Assistant. This role is a full-time, short-term contract until 14 April 2023, based between our Bonnyrigg and Hurstville offices and reports to the Place Coordinator.
As a SGCH Community Engagement Assistant, you help deliver community development and placemaking activities that aim to empower social housing tenants to be more involved in their local community.
In this role you will connect with our customers to:
- provide responsive and respectful customer-centric services
- support community development and placemaking activities designed to meet the needs of social housing community
- provide administrative support for tenant meetings and placemaking activities, including Minute taking
- organise and attend tenant community events and activities
- enhance tenant health and wellbeing through placemaking and partnership practices
- accurately input and manage tenant information and data in set timeframes.
