The New Homes team oversee all of our development projects, and draw upon a wealth of expertise in a range of areas including: asset acquisition and delivery, commercial management, town planning, contractor and stakeholder management, feasibility assessment, risk management, procurement, governance and financial modelling.

We are delivering Australia’s largest community housing pipeline of social and affordable projects, developing over 1,000 new dwellings by 2023. This is underpinned by $475 million of debt financing.   

We adopt best practice development and project management processes, and all development projects are underpinned by principles which demonstrate our commitment to universal design access and sustainable design.
