Affordable Housing generally offers a discount to market rent for people who meet income eligibility requirements. It is provided for workers on low to moderate incomes who may find it difficult to access the private rental market.

The person must be over 18 and can be another household member, a family member, friend, or solicitor. They will be responsible for regularly inspecting the property and maintaining it to the standard stated in the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
