About the Resident Experience Performance Manager role
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Performance Manager to join our landmark Build to Rent development in Westmead. This role will oversee and manage all leasing activity for the property, to optimise the occupancy and revenue performance against budget. This includes leading tactical marketing, driving business development and providing best-in-class resident leasing experience to prospective and existing residents.
To succeed in this role, you will have sound experience in leasing and property management, strong communications and stakeholder management skills and high level operational and administrative abilities.
This is a permanent full-time role, based at Westmead and requires travel to other SGCH office locations as required for team meetings and training. This role will be required to work onsite on Saturdays on a rostered basis.
About you (essential requirements)
To succeed in the role, you will have the below key attributes:
Qualifications in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent operational management experience. A working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act 2000.
Sound experience in meeting lease targets in a large-scale residential leasing environment, preferably including development to operational transitions.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service, organisational and time management, prioritising and planning, communication and PC literacy and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work with business acumen and a social heart and balance strategic business goals with day-to-day operational needs, and the self-motivation, compassion and resilience to continuously improve and drive the delivery of best outcomes for the business and customers.
