We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Company Secretariat Assistant to join our Legal, Governance and Risk team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based at our Hurstville office and requires travel to other SGCH office locations as required.
As the Company Secretariat Assistant you will use your specialised knowledge of regulatory requirements, governance principles and best practice, and your proven experience in managing Board and Secretariat administrative functions, systems and processes.
You will provide expert assistance to the Group Executive/Company Secretary and Head of Legal, Secretariat and Governance and lead and organise the administration and management of the Company Secretariat function. You will also be the key contact and coordination point for the Board of Directors and the executive and leadership management teams. You will provide specialist advice and direction to other parts of the organisation as well to ensure compliance and good governance.
