To support an upcoming parental leave in our Metro North East Sydney Communities, Place and Partnership team, we have an exciting opportunity in the refreshed role of Lead, Connecting Communities. This role is on a full-time basis for 12 months, and based between our St Leonards and Redfern offices. This role is classified as Level 6 on the SCHCADS award and reports to the Head of Metro North East Sydney Region.
As a Lead, Connecting Communities you lead a team that is focused on connecting communities to opportunities to improve social outcomes for our customers. You are an operational strategic planner and an experienced community engagement and place making practitioner, passionate about improving outcomes for social housing tenants and communities. The focus of the role is to provide support to your team to work collaboratively across the business, driving positive impacts aligned to the suite of SGCH community development and place-based frameworks.
