We have an exciting new role to join our Central Services team, as a Maintenance Officer – Cleaner. This is a full-time permanent role classified under the SCHCADS Award as Level 2, based between Redfern and Milsons Point with travel to other locations as required. This role reports to the Handyperson Coordinator.
As a Maintenance Officer, Cleaner you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our tenants by carrying out daily cleaning in some of our larger residential common area properties. You are a key part of maintenance services as you maintain our common areas to a high standard of cleanliness. You will work as part of a team of Maintenance Officers and, from time to time, may be called upon to work in other locations.
