We are now recruiting for a Tenancy Manager in our South-West Sydney team. This is a fixed term job-sharing role on a part-time basis, working Wed-Fri each week, until 23 September 2022. The role is classified as SGCH SCHADS Award Level 4, based in our Bonnyrigg office and reports to the Lead, Sustainable Tenancies.
As a Tenancy Manager you are the main point of contact for tenants and will respond to daily requests to access our range of services, to help our customers sustain their tenancies. As a Tenancy Manager you will connect with our customers to:
- provide timely and respectful customer-centric service
- help sustain tenancies by managing lease sign-ups, conducting home visits, addressing debt and antisocial behaviour, and coordinating property care
- prepare for and attend NCAT hearings where required
- work with our support coordination and placemaking teams to improve tenant health and wellbeing and participation in community events
- find innovative solutions to build positive neighbourhoods through block meetings and other engagement activities.
