We have two opportunities for a Tenancy Manager to join our Metro North East region team on a full-time basis. These roles are full-time, classified SGCH SCHCADS Level 4, reporting to the Lead, Sustainable Tenancies. We have one permanent role and one fixed term contract to December 2024, both roles are based at our Redfern office with travel to other offices as required.  

Our Tenancy Managers are the main point of contact for tenants to access our services. You are customer service focused and responsive to tenant requests – addressing daily tenant matters including property care, tenant arrears/debt and anti-social behaviour, and linking our customers to services to improve their health and wellbeing and sustain their tenancy. The portfolios in these roles may include a combination of social, affordable and supported housing.
