Join OzHarvest for a free six-week cooking program and learn how to whip up easy, affordable meals in a friendly setting.  

Each NEST (which stands for Nutrition Education Skills Training) session includes enjoyable interactive activities, practical cooking classes and the sharing of a meal together.  

The NEST team provides all the ingredients, equipment, and educational materials you will require. At the final workshop, everyone receives a certificate and a take-home toolkit, with infographic fact sheets and the OzHarvest Everyday Cookbook.  

Run by OzHarvest, sessions will be held at 438 Illawarra Road, Marrickville (10.30am to 1pm, Tuesdays from 21 May) and in the Ground Floor community room at 11 Gibbons Street, Redfern (10.30am to 1pm, Mondays from 28 April).
