Customer Satisfaction Survey: Thank you for your feedback

Around one in four SGCH customers provided feedback in the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

In good news, 85% are satisfied, 82% are happy with the condition of their property and 76% are happy with repairs and maintenance. We also found some areas for improvement around tenant engagement, communication and complaints knowledge.  

We want to hear from customers on the actions we can take over the next two years in response to your feedback.
