Around one in four SGCH customers provided feedback to our 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey.
In good news, 85% have ‘overall satisfaction with SGCH’, 80% are satisfied with our tenancy management services and 76% are happy with repairs and maintenance. We also found some areas for improvement around tenant engagement, communication and complaints knowledge.
