Did you know SGCH is the largest community housing provider in NSW? Since 2007, SGCH has been leading the Bonnyrigg Living Communities Project, transforming an 81-hectare housing estate with new infrastructure, social housing and private dwellings.  

Do you live locally and want to keep up-to-date with what’s happening?

SGCH and Homes NSW hold a Community Reference Group (CRG) who meet every two months to discuss and guide the project’s progress. It’s held at the new Hub @ Bonnyrigg Dhanawi community centre on Wall Street, and we’d love to welcome new private owners and renters to join and share their views.
