From 18 August, SGCH will commence charging customers for rent and shared water on Mondays. This change is part of our effort to improve our customer experience.

- In April, we let SGCH customers know early about changes to their billing.
- In June, we explained how the changes would specifically affect each customer.
- From 18 August, all customers will be charged on Mondays for rent and shared water.
