We work with partners who share our values and our long-term vision for housing and communities. These collaborations help us improve design and construction, respond to changing customer needs, and keep homes safe, sustainable and well maintained.

Some partnerships help deliver more new homes. Others help strengthen communities, improve services or explore new ideas for the future. By bringing together different expertise, resources and perspectives, we can achieve more than any organisation can alone.

Our partnerships in action

Recent development and construction partners include Billbergia at Arncliffe Central (NSW), Buildcorp at Alexandria (NSW) and Carseldine (QLD) and Conscious Investment Management at Box Hill (VIC).

We also partner to improve customer services and sustainability. For example, 2nd Life helps recycle household items, while research with the University of Sydney helps us plan for future customer needs and respond to the impacts of climate change.

Together, these partnerships help deliver more homes, strengthen communities and create new opportunities.
