Brickmakers Precinct

South West Sydney

The SGCH Brickmakers Precinct comprises six high density developments across five south west Sydney sites, in Miller, Cartwright (3), Moorebank and Liverpool that have yielded 225 new social and affordable housing homes through 2019-2020, with a total project cost of $92.9 million.

The Brickmaker’s Precinct is built to a minimum 7-star NatHERS rating. These developments have also been designed to meet the Australian Government’s Livable Housing Design Guidelines – Silver Level. This creates a resilient portfolio, designed to more easily adapt to the changing needs of our current and future customers.

When I came for the inspection I had to call back to the office to make sure that this was the building. It was so beautiful! When they told me the address was correct, I started crying I was just so happy.
