Completed in November 2022, this six-storey, 26-unit apartment block in St Leonards forms part of the NSW Government’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) 2 program. Of the units, 16 are for social and 10 are for affordable housing customers.  

Currently fully tenanted, of the 16 social housing units, eight are occupied by women over the age of 55, and the other eight are occupied by vulnerable people.  

This project is an adaptive reuse of a former commercial building, delivered by IDC, in an area of Sydney experiencing some of the lowest residential vacancy rates and highest rental growth in the past 12 months.
