SGCH undertook the transformation of a former petrol station site to deliver a 4-star Green Star standard against the Green Building Council of Australia’s rating system for buildings. Recongising its excellence, the development was awarded the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Affordable Housing in 2019.
