SGCH was proud to join the partners behind Farmhouse Rd, Westmead, our new 400-unit build-to-rent apartment block, to celebrate a major project milestone – the topping-out.

Our Acting CEO Joe Achmar thanked AXA Investment Managers for partnering with SGCH on AXA’s first development in Australia under their BTR strategy. Joe also thanked our values-aligned builder and developer partner Deicorp who are delivering a quality building right on the edge of the Westmead Health Precinct – a dynamic, walkable jobs hub close to public transport.

Farmhouse Rd, Westmead is part of SGCH’s deliberate strategy to create more homes in the midst of the nation’s most critical housing need.
