SGCH Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022

At SGCH, we are committed to delivering great customer service. We know to do that, we need to listen to our customers’ views and act on them. This is why we invite you all to complete a survey from time to time.

We have engaged the Community Housing Industry Association NSW (CHIA NSW)*, to run our annual customer satisfaction survey on our behalf. We encourage you to complete this survey to tell us what you think we do well, and where you think we can improve. 

Participation in this survey is voluntary. Your responses will not affect your tenancy. SGCH will only receive your results combined with those of other tenants and they will not be able to identify your individual responses. 

How do I complete the survey?

There are three options to complete the survey. You can select the one option that best suits you. 

We have sent you a letter or email with your unique username and password on it.  

You can:

1 – Visit to complete the survey online. You will be asked to enter the username and password supplied in your letter. These unique codes are in place to ensure only one survey is collected per customer.

OR you can:

2 – Complete and return the paper copy of the survey included with the letter using the reply-paid envelope provided.

OR you can:

3 – Call SGCH on 1800 573 370 to book a time to answer the survey over the phone. You will need to let us know if you need a translator for your call, and you will be asked for your username and password from the letter when one of the team call you.


When do I need to complete the survey by?

The closing date for the survey is Friday, 1st July 2022.


Prize Draws



Submit your response by 10th June 2022 to be entered in the early bird prize draw for one of 5 x $100 Coles Myer gift cards!

All customers who submit a response by the closing date of 1st July 2022 will be entered in the grand prize draw to win one of 25 x $50 Coles Myer gift cards.

 CHIA NSW will randomly draw the prize winners on behalf of SGCH, and prizes will be awarded after the survey closes.
